Will Rust be available on Xbox Game Pass?

Since Rust launched on Mac and Windows all the way back in 2018, the game has found a huge success and following within the last couple of years. It quickly became the most popular survival video games in the twitch space, and even found a huge revival in the past couple of months after a various amount of Twitch streamers began playing the game, propelling the Rust player base to a whopping 244,000 in January of 2021.

According to the developers, the Rust on console with be a separate game if you will from PC meaning both versions will have separate roadmaps and community.


Will Rust be on Xbox Gamepass?

As many people know, Rust Console Edition comes with a rather expensive price $50/£45 which is $10 more than the steam version. So will gamers be able to pick up Rust on the Xbox Game Pass?


As of writing, the answer is no. Rust Console Edition has not currently been confirmed to be arriving on Xbox Game Pass.

But, this doesn’t mean the game will never arrive on Game Pass. The new games added to Game Pass in the month of May have already been added, but the June lineup has not been announced yet so there is still some hope. Keep and eye out on the official Xbox Game pass website to stay up to date with all the new games joining the Game Pass subscription.

Fortnite leak reveals Among Us crossover in the works

Joining Call of Duty in an effort to add some suspicion to proceedings, Fortnite is allegedly due to get an Among Us style mode.
